Christine (Chrissy) Steiner joined the Bancroft family in September of 2002. Chrissy is originally from Greenfield, Massachusetts, and is the niece of Paul Delskey (owner of Bancroft's). She enjoys the relationship she has with her brides and loves cordinating the image and look her brides desire. She is currently working on a nursing degree at a local college and resides in Agawam, Massachusetts.

Kendra Talbot

Kendra has been a wedding consultant at Bancroft Bridals since 2002. Kendra has a love for planning weddings! After planning many family member's weddings, Kendra decided to do it proffessionally! Kendra resides in Ware, MA with her two adorable daughters.

Pam Borghasani

Pam has been working at Bancroft's since August 2000. Actually, Pam has been a part of Bancroft Bridals even before that. She was one of their brides! Pam is creative, fun, and energetic! She will coordinate your whole wedding right down to the right color of flowers for your wedding. Pam is also Bancroft Bridal's make-up artist. Not only will she go to your house and do your make-up the day of the wedding, but she will also get you dressed in your beautiful wedding gown. Pam and her husband, Dave, reside in Westfield, Massachusetts with their two sons.

Tara E. Delskey

Tara Delskey has been a part of Bancroft's for over 16 years. Tara's father and his wife (Paul and Paula Delskey) opened Bancroft Bridals 17 years ago and not long after Tara was working at Bancroft doing small jobs and displays. Before you knew it, Tara was helping brides find the gown of their dreams.Today, along with her father, she is running Bancroft Bridals. Tara graduated from Bay Path College with a degree in fashion merchandising and retail management. She was a dance instructor at the Mary Ann Studio of Dance. Tara also worked as an independant model scout for Elite Models in NYC, in which she traveled the country in search of supermodels. Tara truely finds joy in her work and cherishes the relationships she has developed over the years with customers. With her vast knowledge of fashion, alterations, and business, Tara makes customers experiences at Bancroft's wonderful. Tara currently resides in Feeding Hills, Massachusetts.
